First Session

Your first session will comprise of an initial consultation, combined with a relaxing Hypnotherapy session to help alleviate any current stress and anxiety. Positive suggestions will be used for increased health and well being. At the end of the session a ‘Mental Training’ pack will be given to you to study and fill out before bringing back to the next session. This will include your specific sporting goals.

Second Session

We will go through your specific sporting goals and the hypnotherapy session will focus on your specific sporting requirements.

Third Session

We will continue to use the hypnotherapy session to focus on your goals. At the end of the session visualisation exercises and self-hypnosis will be taught for you to practice and continue in your own time as part of your training regime. You will even have the knowledge and ability to make your own self-hypnosis tapes to improve your game. The Mental Training pack is yours to keep. Hypnosis is a form of communication with our unconscious mind, and this unconscious part of our mind controls 95% of our thoughts, actions and emotions.
